We're building "Game Night Live", a live scoring app for my church youth group's game nights.

Before writing any code:
1. Read CLAUDE.md and every file in docs/ plus supabase/migrations/0001_init.sql.
2. Give me a short summary of what you understood, list any gaps/contradictions you found,
   and ask me any questions you need answered (max 5).
3. Confirm the current versions/APIs you'll use for Next.js, @supabase/ssr and Supabase Realtime
   server-side broadcast by checking the official docs.

Then start Phase 0 from docs/BUILD_PLAN.md. Stop at the end of each phase, show me
what to test manually, and wait for me to say "next phase".

My .env.local is already filled in. I'm using WebStorm and npm.
Explain the *why* behind key decisions as you go — keep it brief.
